You can run several separate portfolios in avoltra — each with its own delivery points, its own procurement strategy and its own reporting, without volumes, hedges and key figures becoming mixed.

One-time assignment of delivery points to portfolios |
What's new
- Several portfolios in parallel. You run separate portfolios side by side instead of bundling all sites into a single structure.
- Assign delivery points deliberately. Each delivery point belongs to one portfolio; volumes and forecasts are aggregated accordingly.
- A dedicated strategy per portfolio. Hedging ratios, tranches and contracts are managed per portfolio.
- Separate reporting. Hedging status, costs and risk metrics always refer to the selected portfolio.
- Fast switching. The portfolio selector lets you move between portfolios without rebuilding the view.
Why this matters
In group structures, a single unit rarely decides everything: different legal entities, balancing groups, suppliers and contract terms mean that hedging decisions are made separately and owned separately. An aggregated overall view conceals exactly these differences — and makes metrics such as the hedging ratio useless for the individual unit.
How to get started
- In the Portfolios area, create the portfolios you want to manage separately.
- Assign your delivery points to the respective portfolios.
- Record the procurement strategy and the existing hedges for each portfolio.
