<aside>
Grid fees and peak-load time windows are captured automatically for your sites from the grid operators' publications and verified before use — instead of maintaining price sheets manually per grid area, voltage level and year.

None — grid operator and voltage level should be recorded for each delivery point |
What's new
- Automatic capture instead of manual entry. Grid fees are read in from the published price sheets by grid operator, grid area, year and voltage level.
- Peak-load time windows captured separately. The time windows come from separate publications and are maintained independently of the fees.
- Verification before use. Captured values go through an approval step by avoltra; only verified data sets feed into cost calculation, budgets and optimization.
- Traceable origin. Source and status are stored for every data set, including the underlying source document.
- Site-specific instead of average values. Every delivery point is calculated with the fees of its grid area and its voltage level.
Why this matters
In Germany, several hundred distribution grid operators publish new price sheets every year — structured differently for each grid area and voltage level. For industrial sites, grid fees are often the largest cost block after the commodity, and outdated values distort not only the budget but every assessment of flexibility, peak loads and atypical grid usage.
How to get started
- Check in the site and delivery point data whether grid operator and voltage level are recorded correctly.
- Open the site's grid fee view to see the captured values and their status
Good to know
- Individually agreed or reduced fees can still be recorded per site and take precedence over the captured reference values.
